I keep thinking that one of your crows - godzilla size - is going to walk into the picture and peck a giant hole in the roof. :)Or maybe that's just my Monty Python humor showing through again.

Great idea for your succulent garden. I always wonder if they totally groom the 'zine pics and that 3 seconds after the photo is taken all the plants overgrow each other and proceeded to look tatty. At least that's what keeps happening to me.Leighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11563230869151812456noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16634800.post-87099875593775190012009-08-17T07:54:30.352-07:002009-08-17T07:54:30.352-07:00I tend to think of Monday as the first day of the ...I tend to think of Monday as the first day of the week, with Sunday as the last day of the weekend to regroup and try to make a plan for the coming week.

I think your second quilt has much more energy. I raided my grandmother's bookshelf on Sat and was delighted to find the book. Julia's writing (she worked with her grand nephew on the book) is spare, rapid fire, and fun, just like she was. Bigger than life. Highly recommended.Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00663411184129275195noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16634800.post-29522684606978133252009-08-17T05:47:53.149-07:002009-08-17T05:47:53.149-07:00Must admit I was a bit taken aback by the house pi...Must admit I was a bit taken aback by the house piece - not quite your usual style. I like the second one, much more 'doodle-y' and interesting. Those little succulents are like a doodle picture too, aren't they?Marciehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04439994056299389706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16634800.post-79904327872526803462009-08-17T02:00:39.656-07:002009-08-17T02:00:39.656-07:00I have a liking for calendars. If you keep to this counting, it makes Sunday the first day of the week. According to the Tibetan calender, Sunday is a good day to start things and to show pride.
Over here, we used to have calendars with the Sunday as the first day of the week, but they changed to Monday as the first day which shows how materialistic society have become.Evahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03005517826999307074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16634800.post-82057198294380900592009-08-16T16:02:26.484-07:002009-08-16T16:02:26.484-07:00Succulents are fun once they start growing.

I saw it someplace, but don't really know how to do it.
