In fact, it was some photos of flowers you Dad took that inspired an interest in photography for me. I have never taken this interest very far but if I am standing over something like a patch of grass I like to get closer still. Your Dad inspired the blade for me.Carlahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00140738523399836125noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16634800.post-1090609429203889112007-01-28T07:47:00.000-08:002007-01-28T07:47:00.000-08:00My mom passed away in July and the sadness is such...My mom passed away in July and the sadness is such a big part of my life. Thank you for writing that it does get better.

I know what you dad was like and how special he was. I am married to a mechanical engineer for almost 22 years. We worked together and before I knew he would be part of my life I would watch him and I could see the little gears turning inside his head. It is still that way today and he still is fun to watch. His Office, My Studiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08024411359797738483noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16634800.post-77152633334424812007-01-28T03:09:00.000-08:002007-01-28T03:09:00.000-08:00The whale is great. I am sure if I had been a boy I would have followed in his Marine Engineering footsteps. Must be something about engineers hey? :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16634800.post-57790225193751562712007-01-28T01:17:00.000-08:002007-01-28T01:17:00.000-08:00Oh, I bet intricate little drawings on graph paper...Oh, I bet intricate little drawings on graph paper would be great quilt inspiration!
