I especially liked the red wig!

I hope you will post a photo of your Little Mermaid when the costume is finished!Barbarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18356998698106275372noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16634800.post-91420221316813859602010-09-21T16:20:27.959-07:002010-09-21T16:20:27.959-07:00I made the Zip-up Mermaid from "Jane Asher...I made the Zip-up Mermaid from "Jane Asher's Costume Book" when she was about 4. It's an awesome and creative book if you can find a copy. She actually wore out the Little Mermaid video! Years later in college, what music did she choose for her voice lessons? Little Mermaid: The Musical (the costumes for that show are amazing)!wlstarnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01170024789406711680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16634800.post-90602556498581398692010-09-21T12:04:11.413-07:002010-09-21T12:04:11.413-07:00The tail is fantastic! Between the two of us, she got her bright yellow wish.

I also cross-stitched the badges for our son to wear inside his vest. He went as Ash, taking his Pikachu around. It ended up being fun for both of them, even though he'd nearly grown out of trick-or-treating.Calandreyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09997870090443504277noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16634800.post-71715118582074241102010-09-20T23:36:21.551-07:002010-09-20T23:36:21.551-07:00that tail looks swimmy! i like your idea-changes ...that tail looks swimmy! i like your idea-changes too. looking forward to the next installment.Vicky aka Stichrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02398784887410187456noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16634800.post-51872862694464229712010-09-20T22:10:52.539-07:002010-09-20T22:10:52.539-07:00Cute! I think more Darryl Hannah than the psuedo Sunset Blvd head thingie....so definitely starfish/seashells...I happen to have a stinky old starfish if you want it. I also have a rubber starfish for printing if you want to borrow it to do some surface design...maybe for a matching treat bag......a plastic orange pumpkin will so not work with this outfit.Jerihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00583785380523833479noreply@blogger.com
