I was going to use the same quote for a blog post too. My youngest , just turned 18, may be the last generation to be able to vote AT a polling place, at least here in WA state. She was thrilled to stand in line for an hour to get this chance. [Pierce and King counties are the last 2 hold outs here in WA, the rest are mail-in voting only]
I borrowed your flag-out-the-window image for southeast main -- I didn't buy that humongous flag that I wanted to fly today, so I did the next best thing -- I leaned on my friend to make my statement: I am now proud to be an American.

I don't have a flag but if we did it would be flying high at my house!
