Meta quilt

I have been making quilts using fabrics recycled from mens' shirts. Now I am making a quilt about a quilt and a man's shirt.

This post was made using a photo taken using my phone, sent to my email and saved onto the Kindle. A bit roundabout, but I would love to be able to blog on the road this way.

  1. Very cool. I blogged on the road from my iPhone. Just need the Blogger App and you're in.

  3. blogger has an app for mobile blogging that you can install on your phone. I've only tested it once, but for short post, unless you like typing on your phone, it seems adequate.

  6. So cool! I've absolutely loved this whole "series" and think your use of the dyed shirting is so clever and unique. Did you somehow paint this to get the shading? I keep looking at it but I just got up and my brain is still a little sluggish....I just can't quite grasp how you did it!

  8. A friend just made a plaid quilt with recycled shirts. She used one of the sleeves to make the sleeve on the back, cuff attached. Very clever!
